Cannot determine size of image assets, cache problem

Hi,

This entry is similar to the following one from 2019, which is still pending: Unable to determine image size for

Podlove publisher, all of a sudden, cannot resize image assets (for every item). All items are present and can seperately be accessed by their appropriate URL.

[proxy_fcgi:error] [pid 11806] … AH01071: Got error 'PHP message: [2020-04-11 08:41:51] Podlove.WARNING: Unable to determine image size for /srv/www/radius.philo.at/html/wp-content/cache/podlove/6e/9e899385a0e1238472973e027431c4/sehen-horen-denken_original.

“…/cache/podlove” only contains thumbnail images for contributors, there are no other cached assets and no other cacheing plugins. I have tried all the define_cache options in wp-config.php, but to no avail. Disabling all additional plugins did not fix the problem.
