How do you change the list of apps in the Subscribe button?

I want to change the list of apps in the Subscribe button. Where do I do that or is it even possible?

It automatically shows all available clients for the current device (for example, it shows different apps if you tap on a phone vs. click on a laptop). The list cannot be altered.
