I updated my plugin a view days ago, but the Global Analytics does not seem to work. Am I doing something wrong or is this a problem? The wheels just keep spinning for eternity

I have the same problem since an update somewhat at the beginning of this year. The global analytics just shows the turning wheel GIF and does not update.
Who else has the problem?
any solutions? I installed podlove for the first time three days ago and have the same spinnig wheels
