"Duplicate in line 3": itunes/DTDS twice

Ello from Germany!

For some reason this

xmlns:itunes="http://www.itunes.com/dtds/podcast-1.0.dtd"

occurs twice in line 3 of our Podlove Feed.

We haven’t been changing anything to our settings for about two months. Lazy summer. Yet since Sunday, this duplicate thing happens and Podcast apps refuse to accept our feed.

Any advice?
