ERROR File Note Found

I’m trying to publish a new podcast and I keep getting this error: File note found. You can see from my screen shot that an earlier posting from 2 years ago is working fine. The AWS hasn’t changed and the actual file from AWS plays fine. How do I fix this error so I can get this podcast posted?

When I open the URL in the screenshot I get “Access Denied” from S3. But it works for the episode 44 URL. Check your S3 permission settings.
