Help with Import & Export module

We are loving Podlove! We need to move our single podcast to another Wordpress site. We have a checkmark in Modules>System>Import & Export but can’t find any interface or documentation on how to actually do the export/import.

Would be grateful for any guidance. Thank you,

The module enables a section under „Podlove → Tools“ which includes a description on how to use it as well.
