How to create transcript.json from VTT?

I’m using the standalone web player as per this example from the docs, and I wonder where I’d get the transcript.json.

I do have a VTT transcript generated by whisper; is there a way to convert this to the JSON format needed by the web player? I don’t want to use the publisher.

If I have to write my own conversion (happy to collaborate if someone is interested), is there a spec for it? podlove.org does not seem to list one for JSON transcripts?

There is no tool yet that does that. If you find some time implement it or you find something that already fits that need keep us posted :slight_smile: !
