How to embed podlove subscribe button?

This sounds easy, but I can’t get it working. I run 2.3.5 podlove publisher and tried pasting this in the content field: [podlove-podcast-subscribe-button]
Also I tried the Subscribe Widget. The description text then is visible, but no subscribe button.

http://docs.podlove.org is down, so no chance either.

Any ideas?

Can you tell us what exactly is not working and on which web site?

http://docs.podlove.org is working.

The subscribe button just don’t show up. I expect to see a subscribe button in the widget area I defined.
I like to keep the URL private. Can I send you a private message?
