Kein Player angezeigt - no player shown

Servus! Mein Name ist Maximilian Werner und ich bin Moderator bei der StadionSprechStunde, einem österreichischen Fußball-Podcast. Jetzt habe ich das Problem, dass bei all meinen Folgen (Beispiele: Folge 4, Folge 3, Folge 2, Folge 1) kein Player angezeigt wird (wie auf dem Bild gezeigt wird), sondern nur zwei Buttons (Downloads; Show URL). Ich habe bei allen Folgen natürlich “[podlove-episode-web-player]” am Anfang eingefügt. Könnt ihr mir vielleicht Tipps geben/mir weiterhelfen? Danke sehr und schöne Grüße, Maximilian! :slight_smile:

Hey Maximilian,

the rendered DOM doesn’t contain a web player node. This means that for some reason the player isn’t inserted at all. Probably the short code dosen’t work We already had a similar issue a few weeks ago. @ericteubert can you investigate?

Was steht unter Podlove > Hilfe? Ggf. etwas im Log sichtbar?

nein, dort drin steht leider nichts… nur, dass “open_basedir” “unsetteted” werden muss - ist das relevant?

You can try enabling WordPress Debugging and see if any errors appear in the log.

Now I switched to Publisher Version 4 and this Error occurred: “Warning: array_map(): Argument #2 should be an array in /home/.sites/864/site2839858/web/wp-content/plugins/podlove-podcasting-plugin-for-wordpress/lib/modules/podlove_web_player/player_v4/html5printer.php on line 52”

Does someone knows what this means?
