Media Validation - Curl Error: Connection timed out

Hello I’m new here. I love the Podlove I’ve been using it for awhile now but recently I can not get the media files to validate. I’m assuming this is on the server side because of the errors I’m getting but I wanted to ask here if there are suggestions.

The logged errors are"
Curl Error: Connection timed out after 3000 milliseconds

Unexpected http response when trying to access remote media file

Array
(
[media_file_id] => 3911
[http_code] => 0
)

I am able to see the media files just fine through a browser but Podlove publisher doesn’t seem to be “verifying” them because of some sort of handshake, TSL/SSL, timeout error?

Example page missing the player but the files are available for download through the download button https://www.1001albumclub.com/episodes/835-ash-1977/
Old posts seem to be just fine. Perhaps because I haven’t tried to valid the media again?

  1. I’ve removed Tracking Mode and set it to “No Tracking” as suggested by some posts.
  2. I’ve removed other WP plug-ins to see if any are interfering.
  3. I’ve unchecked the “Check for Assets with SSL-peer-verification”.

Thank you for any suggestions

Resolved.

Without changing anything the issue seems to have resolved itself. I’m guessing it was so sort of handshake error. I submitted a ticket to the server help desk and they said they didn’t change anything but I’m thinking something was refreshed.
