No chapters show up / Subtitle won't update

Hi,

currently I’m working with WP 5.0.3 and Podlove Publisher Version 2.7.20 and Podlove Web Player Version 2.1.0

After some updates I’ve created a new episode. Unfortunately the subtitles for the episode aren’t updating and the chapters don’t show up in the web player.

The Podcast Feed shares all information correctly to the podcast aggregators.
