Please help!
There are being tons of spam URLs created which are referring to my blog, beginning with “https://www.it-techblog.de/podlove/image/…” This is really annoying! Can you please help!

These are image caching URLs. You can find more about it here, including how to disable the image cache, if that is what you want: Image Cache | Podlove Documentation
However I am not sure what that has to do with spam.
