I’m not able to save transcript voices when adding a new episode. Old episodes are fine and still work.
I import a VTT file with voice tags. I assign the voice using the UI as I have always done. When I publish or save as draft then the information isn’t saved. I’ve tried “import from asset” and a direct upload of the file.
I have tried uploading a VTT from a previous episode that is know to be working and it still doesn’t save.
When going into the player I see the transcript, but without any voices.
This was working in fine, I suspect a recent update has broken this feature.
Any ideas?
