What is a good problem description?

Hello Podlove Community,

I’m new to the Podlove community.
So if I have a problem with podlove - what is a good problem description?
What is needed? Logs or system reports or whatever?
Is there any guideline for that?

Hi,

It depends on the issue but a good guideline is:

  • What behavior did you expect?
  • What’s the actual behavior of the software?
  • Provide the System Report (find it at Podlove > Support)
  • If you know how, then have a look at your PHP error log if you see anything relevant
