Wordpress Shortcode with post="1234"

Hello! I just discovered podlove web player and I am really impressed!

So one thing I could not figure out: When I use the Wordpress shortcode [podlove-web-player post="532"] where 532 is the ID of a mp3 file I uploaded to the Wordpress media library, the plugin pulls the poster and the description of the ID, but when I click on “play podcast”, it cannot find the media file. As far as I understand, the post=“1234” is for more advanced plugins like blubrry, but shouldn’t it work with the Wordpress media library too?

Hey,
it should work without any extra plugins but the referenced post needs to have an audio enclosure. I don’t know if this is still possible without any plugins in the Gutenberg editor.

Hey thank you for your answer! I googled for ‘audio enclosure wordpress gutenberg’ but did not find any results that helped me. I would really appreciate if you could point me in the right direction.

Not sure if this is even possible, sorry. You could directly add the audio to the shortcode.
